At Try New Things LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are in unused condition with original packaging intact. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom or personalized items
• Items that show signs of wear or use
• Items without original packaging
• Digital products or downloadable content
• Items damaged due to misuse or accidents
• Merchandise items (t-shirts, hats, etc.) that have been worn or washed

How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
2. Receive return shipping instructions from us
3. Ship the item back to us in its original condition
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged upon arrival, or defective product). In cases where we are at fault, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will work with you to either send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
